This issue is sometimes referred to as right of Woman or Woman empowerment or oppression of women. When we talk about case of any human being oppressed that issue needs a due consideration. Best ways to judge these situations are to wear the shoes of oppressed and see the situation for you, in this case how as a man his rights could have been violated if a Man is in such situation. Being a MAN similar situation for him will be when he is restricted and denied entry into any religious place or temple.
A simple research tells that this is not something which doesn’t exist. Actually there are places of worship / temples in India where men are barred from entering the premise at all or on select days and occasions. Yes, temples where only women are allowed, following is a partial list of such temples:

1. Attukal Temple:

2. Chakkulathukavu Temple:

3. Santoshi Maa ‘Vrat’:

4. Lord Brahma Temple:

5Bhagati Maa Temple:

6. Mata Temple:

7. Kamrup Kamakhya Temple, Assam

Now based on the current situation, a Man should feel aghast as his fundamental rights have been violated; He should brag that as a male he has been oppressed for years and matriarchy has destroyed his rights and dignity.
But wait a second; on the contrary any man don’t have any such thoughts. Restricting a man's entry into temple is not about him, it is not about his right or dignity as a male. It is just the culture and belief that is followed there. Every women belonging to that temple and every women visiting that temple have same respect for a man as they have for any other person or woman. Then why a particular belief should be taken as a matter of respect for particular gender or matter of patriarchy or matriarchy.

A person as a Man don’t feel to have any intention and reason to challenge that belief.  If court enforces entry of man into those temples any Man will personally feel that it will be his own defeat.
Even if law permits or enforces entry of man into these temples, any dignified man will not even like to enter these temples because
1)   A Man don’t think that was violation of his fundamental right as a man.
2)   To respect the culture and belief of our ancestors
3)   To respect the sovereignty and fundamental right of the temple

Leaving law apart I don’t think any dignified woman will also like to enter the temple where she is barred from entering, any dignified man will not be desperate enough to force entry into anyone premises, where he is neither invited nor welcomed .

When this was not even the matter of man or woman, the psychology behind it on how it became matter of right of women can only be the insecurity that has been instigated by the Feminists into the society, that has led to inferiority complex into today’s women, where anything however irrelevant to dignity of women becomes matter of right or oppression of women. Today’s women has constantly been tutored that she has been oppressed for years and historically, making them believe that any belief that is there is only to oppress them.

Everyone happy about the judgement should remember this was not about Man or woman, not even about oppression of any particular gender. It was a remembrance of British era where rights of Indians were of least consideration. We can truly say that British have gone and left the legal system to destroy the India.

Next a person (male or female) will not be allowed to discriminate whether he wants to marry a girl or a boy; he/she will be forced to give equal opportunity to people of both the sexes to marry him or her. After decriminalization of Adultery, (Removal of 497 by Supreme Court) anyway physical relation, love, affection will not even be the part of marriage anyway by then.

On a matrimonial sites a man will not be allowed to select that he wants to marry a girl and girl will not be allowed to select that he want to marry a man, It would be deemed discriminatory and hence unconstitutional. For matrimonial sites it will be illegal to provide that option.

It will be illegal to discriminate your selection of partner based on male or female. If you think that is too personal to come under the preview of law, think again. Things which were too personal for your earlier generations are already under the preview of law. A decade earlier it was unthinkable that Supreme court believe that constitution can interfere in culture beliefs, which were even safeguarded in British era.  The concept of marriage, religion is already on the way to be destroyed by law, YOU are not too far.

As a person and individual any decision in this judgement doesn’t matter to me, but question is as a citizen of India any attack on culture, heritage and sovereignty of India, should it matter to me?
